The 2023 Kink Gap FC BMX Bike is based on the regular Gap model, but with one major difference; it has a freecoaster rear hub. Freecoasters take riding to the next level by allowing the bike to roll backwards without needing to back-pedal. This means worrying more about the next trick being chained in the line, and less worrying about what position the pedals are in. Maintenance is kept low and strength is kept high with the sealed headset, sealed bottom bracket, and sealed rear freecoaster wheel as well as the aftermarket components included in this build. The Kink Plymouth Stealth pivotal seat, Kink Ridge 3-piece cranks, and Mission Cease V2 brakes assert a modern design that uses the same parts that other riders are upgrading to.
